Q. Where do I send my payment if
I live outside the USA?
A. Western Union or MoneyGram to Don Schmidt, San
Jose, Costa Rica
Q. Do you keep track of
the leads I buy from you?
A. Yes. We keep track of the leads you purchase and never
sell the same leads to you more than once.
Q. If I send a member of my downline, will they
get the same leads as me?
No. When you refer members of your downline
to us we do not sell them the same leads you have
purchased.
Q. If I have a computer crash, will I
have to pay again to have you resend it to me?
No. If you ever lose your list from a computer crash just
request a free file replacement.
Q. If I buy a large group of phone
numbers for my auto-dialer, will you give a credit for #s that
don't go thru or that are on the "do not call" list?
Yes. We will replace disconnects or numbers on the dnc
list.
Q. When using an online
dialer service, save the call report files, send them to us for
a detailed analisys at a very nominal charge.
We can tell you where you may have a problem in your recorded
message content.
What numbers to manually dial eventhough they may be on the
DNC list.
What numbers you should presistantly dial even though the phone
is consistantly busy (those the the busy networkers)
These analisys require time consuming database work which is
the same for a small number of records and large numbers of
records
so we ask that you save all the reports and send them to us all
at one time rather than one by one. The reports must also be in
the same format for all files.
